My name is Rory MacDonald. I run the business with Sophie, my wife and business partner.
We manage, let, and sell residential properties across London.
I’ve supported 60+ landlords on their investments, sold the block management arm of my business, helped BrewDog maximise HMO potential above their pubs, and sold £2m+ homes where big-name agents had struggled.
Sophie and I launched a podcast sharing practical solutions to the challenges landlords and homeowners face.

Where we operate
Our clients are based across West and South-West London. The business was originally based in South Kensington, so many of our long-term rental and management properties are in Kensington, Knightsbridge, Earl’s Court, Notting Hill and up to Camden.
Most of the residential homes we sell are in Putney and Sheen. We hold the Fine & Country franchise in Sheen (SW14), so sales in this area are handled under that brand. For all other areas, we work in partnership with The Agency Group.
