Property management services
Property maintenance
When it comes to maintenance jobs, I weigh up the needs of your tenants with your ROI. Then I advise whether it’s more cost effective to replace, fix or secure.
Compliance
We make sure tenants understand their health and safety responsibilities and ensure everything is up to date including Section 21, EPC and Gas Certificates.
Rent collection
We use specialist software to track rent collection, pay contractors and manage utility charges. This allows us to pay our landlords quickly and on time.
HMO Management
I ensure the right licences are obtained from the LA, appropriate tenants are found, ongoing cleaning is carried out and health and safety regulations are maintained.
Refurbishments
Where necessary, I recommend and manage small to complete refurbishments to prepare for sale or if it’s likely to improve rental value.
Tenant disputes
We invest our time to develop a good working relationship with your tenant. This ensures any disputes are managed as swiftly as possible.
